Turn on/off message "your call is registered, please wait", then ring/flashing at a station. Note that the station leaves this mode if becomes busy for some reason (dialing, incoming conv.)<br\>"Call requester mode" is normally used to inform the user about a successful activation of call request.
1 NET_OBJ_REF<br\>{ECL_STATION} Station
2 NET_OBJ_REF<br\>{ECL_STATION} Station that received the call request mail (i.e. sender of this command)
3 UINT1 UserDefined Properties (UDP) of the station that received the call request mail.
