Parameter 1: 1-100 = Local Group number
Parameter 2: The call request is sent with the following flags:
*MAIL_FLAG_ALL_CREQ_DEL 
*MAIL_FLAG_IDLE_SHOW
*MAIL_FLAG_CALL_REQUEST
Parameter 3: 155 = Priority level
Description: A call request with ringing group behavior is sent to the group. Default directory numbers 6701 - 6710 are using local groups 51 - 60.
