Volume and handset override is a feature that forces the station volume to maximum level, and in case the handset is off-hook, it will reconnect the loudspeaker by forcing the station to go on-hook. The feature is applicable for analog display stations and all types of IP stations.

Note that analog stations without display data receiver inside do not support handset and volume override.(E.g. models 1007034210, 1007036210, VMP-619 and 1007001210).

Volume and handset override is activated by the following features:

In AlphaPro the audio program must have the flag Volume/Handset Override enabled.
