Volume and handset override is a feature that forces the station volume to maximum level, and in case the handset is off-hook, it will reconnect the loudspeaker by forcing the station to go on-hook. The feature is applicable for analog display stations and all types of IP stations.

Volume and handset override is activated by the following features:

In AlphaPro the audio program must have the flag Volume/Handset Override enabled.

Note icon Analog stations without display data receiver inside do not support handset and volume override.(E.g. models 1007034210, 1007036210, VMP-619 and 1007001210).
