Description

This board contains circuitry for connection of 6 2-wire telephones as AlphaCom subscribers. The board also provides one measurement channel for voice switching control. It plugs into any position 1 - 23.

When the hot-line function is activated for the station a preprogrammed number is dialed when the handset is lifted. When the handset is replaced, another number is dialed.

The board provides 6 remote control outputs that are software-controlled. The line monitoring reports errors on all subscriber lines. If the handset is left off for 1 hour (programmable timer) a line error is reported.

The board can be plugged in/out while the exchange is running. A hot plug-in cable is needed for this purpose. The cable is included in the cable set for the exchange.
