Event description

Event Owner: A station or UDP Group
Event type: New event FEAT_M_KEY(31)
Sub-Event: Sub Event = 0 will give M key status when station is busy.<br\>Sub Event = 1 will give M key status when station is idle.
When Change to ON: M key pres
When Change to OFF: M key release
When Related to: N/A
