MultiModule over IP: Master module cannot find the Slave module

Q: MultiModule over IP: After having converted an AlphaCom to an AlphaCom E, the Master module cannot find the Slave module.
A: In AlphaPro, Exchange & System > Serial Ports select Inter Module protocol. Make sure Port Type = N/A, and that the Enable flag is unchecked.
