Q: When I try to send data from AlphaPro to the AlphaCom, AlphaPro responds with "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Possible fixes:

  • Make sure you are running the latest AlphaPro version.
  • Change the Windows regional settings to English (UK). Control Panel -> Region and Language -> English (United Kingdom).
  • Make sure your windows is updated.
