Parameter 1: 1-100 = Local Group number
Description: A call request with ringing group behavior is sent to the group. Default directory numbers 6701 - 6710 are using local groups 51 - 60.

 The call request is sent with the following flags: (Param2)
 *MAIL_FLAG_ALL_CREQ_DEL 
 *MAIL_FLAG_IDLE_SHOW
 *MAIL_FLAG_CALL_REQUEST
 The priority level is 155 (Param3)
 Param2 and Param3 is not jet available in AlphaPro
