Returns the next group after ''group'' of which ''station'' is a member. Returns '0' if ''station'' is not a member of any (more) groups. 
* ''group'' is [[Groups|group number]] 1 – 250
* ''station'' is [[Physical_number]] 0 – 552 
%sng(station, 0) returns the first group of which ''station'' is a member.
