===MTN-2607 AlphaPro upload does not take effect===
There was an issue where the installer did not contain VC++ 2013 redistributable library. On PC's where this library was not present, AlphaPro upload would not take effect.

===MTN-2546 AlphaPro not uploading Class of Service changes===
The change-flag in the Class of Service table was not reset after SendAll/Chg, which caused subsequent SendChg operations to not update the Class of Service table in the server.
