The '''Noise Reduction''' feature is used for intercoms located in noisy environments. The noise reduction feature filters out the background noise and at the same time keeps the voice signal.

The feature can be activated from two different places:

* Either from the [[Edge Controller]] select: '''Edge Controller''' > '''System Configuration''' > '''Call and Audio''':

By default ANC is enabled.

* Or by [[Logging into an IP Station|Logging in to the station]] directly, and go to '''Edge Configuration > '''Audio'''. Enable or disable the Active Noise Cancelation.
** To change the Noise Reduction Level, [[Advanced_Configuration_Mode_(Edge)|Advanced configuration mode]] must be enabled. Possible levels are from 0-7, where 0 is disabled. Default value is 1.
