A set of standard audio messaging services can be implemented by uploading a language package file to the server using the web interface. The [[ASVP messages - English|standard messages]] consist of:
* Absence messages
* Information messages
* Help messages
* Alarm messages

Which type of messages that actually becomes available depends on what [[Licenses for ICX-500 and ICX-AlphaCom Core|Audio Messaging license]] is installed.

The language file has the format '''vs-asvp-xx_06.00_all.deb''', were xx is the actual language, and 06.00 is the version number. Available language packages: 
    da     Danish
    de     German
    en     English
    fi     Finnish
    fr     French
    it     Italian
    ko     Korean
    no     Norwegian 
    sv     Swedish
    chn    Chinese
    nl     Dutch


Before the installation can start, you need to [[Downloads#AlphaCom_XE_Series_.28Black_AMC-IP_board.29|download the language file from the Download Page]] to your laptop. 
* In the web interface of the ICX-AlphaCom go to '''System Configuration''' > '''Messaging'''
* '''Browse''' to the language file and select '''Upload'''
* Press the button '''Install'''

The messaging services becomes available immediately after the installation. No reset is required.
