This message triggers the event Simplex Conference Audio on all stations which are active members of a simplex conference.

- Used in Multiconference system to turn on LED signal in Talkback key when audio is present in the corresponding conference. If sub-events are used, more than one indication is possible in each Talkback key.
- Initial implementation requires audio detection by external hardware, using a RCI with $VOX action.

0-15 = Sub-event for Simplex_Conference_Audio. Default 0.
Bits 4..8 (right nibble):
0 = audio ended (off)
1 = audio detected (on)
Advanced Example: $VOX 21 L8201 is sub-event 2 ON.
