GET_PREV_MAIL		0x0063
Get the previous mail entry in the queue for an intercom station.
1	NET_OBJ_REF {ECL_STATION}	Station
2	UINT2 (optional)	Mail tag (unique id) for current queue entry. If the parameter is left out, the function will be as for GET_LAST_MAIL.
