Depending on server type (AlphaCom XE or ICX-AlphaCom) and the AlphaPro version, AlphaPro is using different TCP ports when communicating with the server.
If you get an error message in AlphaPro when trying to communicate with the server, check that:
- Node Type is correct in AlphaPro
- That the relevant TCP ports are enabled in the Filters Settings in the web interface of the server.
ICX-AlphaCom server
When using AlphaPro to configure an ICX-AlphaCom system, make sure that Node Type is set to "ICX" in Exchange & System > System:
