If you get the error message message "(500) Internal Server Error" when doing a SendAll or GetAll operation from AlphaPro, it can be due to several reasons:
1. AlphaCom XE system: In the web interface, System Monitoring > Node Information, verify the AMC System Package and the AMC Board Support Package are matching according to the Release Notes. If these two software packages do not match, you might get "(500) Internal Server Error" when trying to communicate with the AlphaCom XE.
2. Redundant Server (IPHA) system: The error message appears if AlphaPro version 12 (or newer) is configured to communicate with the Secondary server in an IP Redundant system.
If AlphaPro is set either to communicate with the IP address of the Secondary server, or to the operational IP address and the Secondary server is currently operational, this error message will be displayed.
The issue is rectified by configuring the AlphaPro to communicate with the local IP address of the Primary (Configuration Master) server.
