As standard, all the alarm messages are repeated endlessly, but for some applications they are to be played once or a few times and then stop. For this operation there is a parameter for each of the alarm messages that has to be changed. This parameter is not available from AlphaPro, it has to be changed from the nvram editor in the so-called TST console.

Enable the TST-console:
 
*Connect a terminal (or a PC with terminal emulation program) to port 0. Terminal settings: 9600, No parity, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit.
 
*Enable the “TST-console” by typing (capital letters):
