If a Send or Get operation fails, there is a log file in the ApplicationData folder which can give useful information about the cause. The path is c:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Stentofon\AlphaPro\Wacs.sil. Please attach this file together with your error report when contacting alphasupport@zenitel.com.
The log file was introduced in AlphaPro 11.5.

The log file is created every time Wacs (the communication program) runs, which means the log file must be copied as soon as the error has occured and before Wacs (Send/Get) is run again. |
