Redundant server not synchronizing: Difference between revisions

If experiencing trouble synchronizing license(s) and/or configuration between redundant servers, the following procedure should be executed:

Delete IPHA config using the AlphaWeb in both servers
Upgrade to 12.5.3.0
Do a "Clean & Factory Reset" from the web interface. Note that licenses are deleted so you need to insert them again
Configure IPHA again

During this procedure any license will be deleted so you need to insert them again
