If experiencing trouble synchronizing license(s) and/or configuration between redundant servers, the following procedure should be executed:

  1. Delete IPHA config using the AlphaWeb in both servers
  2. Upgrade to 12.5.3.0
  3. Do a "Clean & Factory Reset" from the web interface. Note that licenses are deleted so you need to insert them again
  4. Configure IPHA again
