If AlphaPro is not able to communicate with the AlphaCom server, there are several possible reasons:
AlphaPro 12 error messages:
- The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized: Wrong username/password for logging in
- Unable to connect to the remote server: Incorrect IP address in AlphaPro (Exchange & System > System) - The IP address doesn't match the IP address of the AlphaCom
- The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found: AlphaPro v.12 is used towards AlphaCom v. 11.
- The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error: The AlphaCom has "Standby Stations" licenses installed (which is the case when the the AlphaCom is used as a standby server in a redundant system with two AlphaCom servers)
- Unable to connect to x.x.x.x (x.x.x.x is the IP address): TCP port 60001 ("AlphaPro") is disabled in Filters setting in Web interface (Applies to SendAll/SendChg operations only)
- Unable to connect to the remote server: TCP port 80 (HTTP) is disabled in Filters setting in Web interface
