Permanent Audio Stream (PAS) is a feature in Zenitel Devices enabling transmission of RTP audio streams outside a call. Devices can be configured to permanently transmit two RTP streams (configurable). The RTP audio will be sent to a given IP address/port with configured codec.
The configuration web page for Permanent Audio is hidden: <ipaddress>/goform/zForm_stream_config
It is possible to change the condition for enabling RTP to only be during calls.
It is also possible to make only calls created using specified DAKs enable the stream in SIP mode.
Tools like VS-Recorder 2.0 can be used to record the actual RTP audio.
