Global device and call parameters can be set in the tile Global Parameters in the Devices and Connections section
The Answer Timeout setting determines how lang a call should be ringing before it automatically terminates. This is a global timer that effects all call in the system-
The timeout is set in seconds. Default value is 30 seconds
- Ringing time of a direct call in private mode; if the call is not answered within this time, Zenitel Connect Pro automatically closes the call attempt
- Ringing time of a 'Camp on busy' call; if the call is not answered within this time, Zenitel Connect Pro automatically closes the call attempt
