The Answer Timeout setting determines how long a call should be ringing before it automatically terminates. This is a global timer that effects all calls in the system.
The timeout is set in seconds. Default value is 30 seconds. The time can be changed in Devices and Connections > Global Parameters.
The timer is effective on:
- Direct calls in Private Ringing mode: Terminate the call if not answered within this time
- 'Camp on busy' calls': Terminate the call if not answered within this time
- Call Forwarding on No Reply: Forward the call if not answered within this time
