Every device is assigned a Call Priority level, ranging from 1 to 250, where 1 represents the highest priority. The default priority level is 70.

Call Priority is used only for Station‑to‑Station calls.

The priority levels are grouped into four categories:

  • Alarm: 1–20
  • High: 21–40
  • Normal: 41–100
  • Low: 101–250

Calls are processed based on the caller’s assigned call priority.

Alarm Priority

  • An Alarm‑priority call is connected immediately.
  • The only exception is if the receiving station is already engaged in a call with an even higher priority.

High Priority

  • A High‑priority call will automatically connect in Open (Auto‑answer) mode if the receiving station is not already in a call.
  • This applies even if the receiving station is currently receiving a call notification from a lower‑priority caller.

Normal Priority

  • A Normal‑priority call is announced according to the receiving station’s configuration (Open/Private, Auto‑answer On/Off).
  • If the station is in Private mode and multiple callers try to connect at the same time, the call with the highest priority is connected first.

Low Priority

  • A Low‑priority call is always announced using private ringing.
  • If several low‑priority (non‑urgent) calls arrive simultaneously, the call with the highest priority among them will be connected first.

The Call Priority is configured from the Devices and Connections > Configuration.
