Reports (AlphaPro)

From the Reports window one can generate .csv files, which can be imported into a spreadsheet (e.g. Excel) for further editing.

The Reports window

• Users: Contains information about intercom users, such as physical number, directory number an display text.

• Net Audio: Description Missing

• Net Routing: Description Missing

Example of the NetRouting.csv file

• Groups: Description Missing

• Group Members: Description Missing

• Global Groups: Description Missing

• Only Current Node: Description Missing

• Saving Report: Shows you the progress of the report creation. When the file is created, it will be opened in a spreadsheet if such application is available on the PC.
