Introduction
Zenitel intercom devices and IP speakers in SIP mode can be added to Innovaphone PBX, adding the benefits of critical communication being included in the overall communication solution, empowering users to handle incoming intercom calls, call out to intercoms, and include intercoms in conferences.
Main Functionality
- Works with Innovaphone PBX connected IP phones, Softphone or the Connect App.
- Inbound audio and video calls from Zenitel devices
- Outbound audio calls to Zenitel devices
- Hold/retrieve intercom calls.
- Transfer intercom calls.
- See intercom calls waiting.
- Trigger relay/output on intercom devices (e.g. to open door)
- Establish Call conference which includes Zenitel devices. For stations without keypad the conference needs to be set without a PIN.
Compatibility
The integration has been verified to work with Zenitel Firmware Version 8.0.0.3 and later and Innovaphone PBX Firmware Version 13r3 and later
