Force synchronization of configuration database to flash |

Restructuring when flash is synchronized. <br\> Flash is always synchronized after AlphaPro update and before software reset if any pending changes. (No sync if sudden power or APC reset).
Nvram option for different syncronization level:
const.flash_sync_level <br\> 0 = (Default) Slow (4 hours) auto sync after DAK programming from station, $SNV, $GRM, $VOL and $SSC (Set Station class of service). 1 = 4 second delay before auto sync after DAK, $SSC, $SNV, $GRM and $VOL,
