This Test Report describes the interoperability tests between Ascom IP-Dect and AlphaCom E


Test report summary

  • No errors were found
  • Caller id: Missing name in intercom display when receiving calls from Dect. The number is shown, but not the name.

General

System Configuration

  • 2 x AlphaCom E26 with AMC ver 10.22
  • Ascom IPBS1 SIP Base Station ver 2.0.12, with two DECT handsets type 9D24 MKII, sw 3.26

The Dect handsets register to the SIP registrar node in AlphaCom 10.5.101.31. SIP phone licenses (not SIP Trunk licenses) are required for the handsets. The two AlphCom E’s are interconnected in AlphaNet.

    • Caller ID in intercom: Number only , no name
    • Door Opening (6) from DECT: OK
    • Off-hook gives full duplex: OK
  • to ATLB phone: OK
  • to SIP phone X-Lite: OK
  • to All call feature, incl. M-key (#,*) and answer (99): OK
  • to Intercom in another node (area code and global number): OK
  • to IP Station in another node: OK
  • to SIP phone in other node: OK
  • Call to busy intercom gives Camp On Busy: OK
  • Call to intercom in private mode: OK
  • Participate in Duplex Conference: OK
