$CALL_SETUP sets up a conversation like dialing from a station. Default behavior: A station is disconnected if busy Call can result in Private ringing, Absent, Busy or Transfer like a ordinary call The A station's call priority in NVRAM is used. No acknowledge messages are returned $CONN_REQUEST/$CONN is retained for compatibility only, DPMT_CALL_SETUP is the preferred message now.
