Zenitel Client Adding Contacts

Contacts can be added through Add Contact option in Main menu.
To add a contact individually:
- Enter values in the fields for Name, Number, and Location - all values are mandatory
- Click the Add button - the window will close
To add more than one contact at a time:
- Enter values in the fields for Name, Number, and Location - all values are mandatory
- Check the Add another contact box
- Click the Add button - the window will remain open for entering more contacts
Contacts can be exported to or imported from a CSV file for ease of distribution.
The structure of the CSV file is: Name;Number;Location
Here is an example of a CSV file in a plain text editor:
The CSV file can be edited in the Excel program.
