General

A number of different ringing tones are available for Zenitel devices. The options are:

  • Default
  • US Ring
  • UK Ring
  • Whistle
  • SoX Chime
  • SoX Chord

Configuration

From the homepage of Zenitel Connect Pro Navigate to Devices and Connections -> Configuration

Select a device and click the Call Settings icon ZC CallsettingsIcon3.PNG. From the drop-down list select the wanted ring tone:

Requirements

  • Individual ringing tones are available as from Zenitel Connect Pro software 1.6.0.
  • Individual ringing tones are supported on Zenitel native devices only, not on ITSV video phones
