General

Three types of call forwarding is available for devices:

  • Unconditional Forwarding - Will forward all incoming calls
  • Forwarding on Busy - Will forward the call if the called device is busy
  • Forwarding on Timeout/No Reply - Will forward the call if not answered within a preset time

Forwarding can be set in the Zenitel Connect Pro web interface and/or from the device. The web interface reflects the forwarding status for each device, also when set from the device.

Note icon
  • The option the control Call Forwarding using Directory Service (feature codes 7xxx) is supported from ZCP version 1.7.0.
  • For Call Forwarding of calls to Call Queues, see here.

ITSV-x Video phones:

  • Dial the Service Code from the keypad, or
  • Enter the sequence as a Speed Dial key for single touch activation

Unconditional forwarding

{1} is the directory number the calls should be forwarded to.

  • Cancel and retain: 7212
  • Reestablish forwarding: 7211

Alternatively use Service Code:

  • Set forwarding: *21*{1}#
  • Cancel and retain: #21#
  • Reestablish forwarding: *21#
