Turn on/off message "your call is registered, please wait", then ring/flashing at a station. Note that the station leaves this mode if becomes busy for some reason (dialing, incoming conv.<br\>"Call requester mode" is normally used to inform the user about a successful activation of call request.

4 TEXT16 Absence Message as Text. All spaces if Present (no message).
