Can be broadcasted to all exchanges (device 65) in order to make them rebuild their indexes of which exchanges is member of which global groups. - When BUILD_GLOB_GRP is received, delete global groups membership index. Then wait (5 + 0.2 * own­node­number) seconds, and broadcast GLOB_GRP_MEMB.
