Automatic M-key In Group Call

Description
Each group can be configured to start audio without the need of M-key press.
6 &003367 .ex_profile.group[1].flags = 1 (0x01)
Flags: 0 Regular group call behaviour. 1 will turn the Automatic M-key on for all stations initiating group call. 2 will turn it on only for SIP stations initiating group call.
Configuration from AlphaPro Event Handler:
$SNV Q(flag) W1 W11 W(group number) W6
flag = 0 (off) 1 or 2.
group number = 1 - 100
