Error 1713 during installation of AlphaPro

Q: During installation of AlphaPro v10.xx I receive the error message: "Error 1713. AlphaPro v10.40 cannot install one of its required products. Contact your support group."
A: When "unzipping" the AlphaPro installation files two subfolders should be created, SentinelSystemDriver and VirtualSerialPort. Some zip programs are configured to unzip all files into one single folder, not creating the subfolders. In this case the installation will fail with "Error 1713" as a response.
