Forward a DIP message to a IP station. Must be a IP station registered to the AlphaCom, the message is not forwarded to other nodes.<br\>

Example: '$DIP L101 "sbl 0 7"

1 NET_OBJ_REF Which station to forward the DIP message to.
2 UINT1(0...n) The DIP message
