Error 1713 during installation of AlphaPro

Q: During installation of AlphaPro v10.xx I receive the error message: "Error 1713. AlphaPro v10.40 cannot install one of its required products. Contact your support group."
A: When "unzipping" the AlphaPro installation files there should be two subfolders created, SentinelSystemDriver and VirtualSerialPort. Some zip programs can be configured to unzip all files into one single folder, not creating the subfolders. In this case the installation will fail with "Error 1713" as a response.
