This message triggers the event Simplex_Conference_Audio on all stations which are active members of a simplex conference.<br\>

- Used in Multiconference system (MCS) to turn on LED signal in Talkback key when audio is present in the corresponding conference. If sub-events are used, more than one indication is possible in each Talkback key.<br\> - Initial implementation requires audio detection by external hardware, using a RCI with $VOX action.
