Problem:

  • "Older" Display Stations occasionally get black rectangles on the bottom line of the displays?

Answer:

The AlphaCom series is not compatible with TouchLine display stations produced before March 1995. These stations are not compatible due to less sensitivity on the display signal receiver. TouchLine display stations produced after March 1995 are labeled version 1.1 and are fully compatible with the AlphaCom servers.
