If a Send or Get operation fails, there is a log file in the ApplicationData folder which can give useful information about the cause. The path is c:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Stentofon\AlphaPro\Wacs.sil. Please attach this file together with your error report when contacting alphasupport@zenitel.com.

If a Send or Get operation fails, there is a log file in the ApplicationData folder which can give useful information about the cause. The log file was introduced in AlphaPro 11.5.
