Problem: When using a gooseneck microphone on the IP Dual Display station, there is an additonal buzz or hum from the microphone.
Solution: When the station is powered from a PoE injector or a network switch which is not properly grounded, additional buz or hum from the gooseneck microphone might appear. The solution is to use a network switch with a proper ground connection, either via the mains cord or by using a separate ground wire from building ground to the chassis of the network switch.
