Messages in ASVP - AlphaCom Stored Voice Playback Board and ASVP Module is referenced by a SVP reference. The SVP reference consists of two numbers:

  • SVP group
  • SVP individ

In addition, some SVP groups require an additional parameter to be complete. The parameter is a string of numbers, and can signify a date, a time or a phone number.

The AMCD application uses Message Group+ Message Individ to reference messages. The Message Description File maps the highlevel message reference to a SVP reference.

The SVP reference is the entry point into the ASVP DES-file.

These SVP groups are currently used:
