Problem: No video feed at all from device and the Station Information page displays the following error: Error, unable to get camera version

Unable to get camera version


Possible reasons: Camera has for some reason lost connection with mainboard. This might happen after software upgrade.

Solution: If this happens, a complete power reset is recommended. Remove ethernet cable for 10 seconds, then re-attach cable.
