TCIV - Error, unable to get camera version

Problem: No video feed at all from device and the Station Information page displays the following error.
Possible reasons: Camera has for some reason lost connection with mainboard. This might happen after software upgrade.
Solution: If this happens, a complete power reset is recommended. Remove cable, re-attach cable.
