==Add users with External Support Access==
To add a user to the list of External Support users, follow these steps:
* Go to '''Settings''', and select the '''Users & Groups''' tile
* Select the '''Groups''' tab (NOT the '''Users''' tab)
* Click on the '''three dots''' outside the '''administrators''' group, and select '''Manage Group'''
* Click '''Add Members''', and select the '''External Support''' tile.
* Enter the '''e-mail address''' of the new user
* The user will now appear as an approved user in the administrators group
