External Support Management (RMM)

External Support Access can be granted to specific support individuals or teams assigned by manufacturers or service providers.
View and Remove users from External Support Access
To review the list of external support users and groups that have access to your platform, select Settings at the bottom left, and click the tile External Support Access.

To remove users from this list click on the three horizontal dots to the right of the user, and select Revoke Access.

Add users with External Support Access
To add a user to the list of External Support users, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings, and select the Users & Groups tile
- Select the Groups tab (NOT the Users tab)
- Click on the three dots outside the administrators group, and select Manage Group
- Click Add Members, and select the External Support tile.
- Enter the e-mail address of the new user
- The user will now appear as an approved user in the administrators group
