Operating the TEIV-1+

Defining PIN code(s)

  • To define a pin code – create a csv file with 4 digits numbers as shown in the example below:

  • A maximum of 30 pin codes can be uploaded
  • When saving the CSV file the seperation character should be defined as semicolon (;).
  • Upload the pin code list file under the Address Book menu as shown below

Note icon Encrypted pin codes are stored here: http://[IP address of the station]:8080/state/config/gui/door_access_control

Make sure port 8080 port in the device firewall is opened



Using the station

From firmware version 8.2.3.1

  • Making a call – Dial the wanted extension number. In SIP Mode, the Check mark may be required to indicate the end of the dialing sequence
  • Call using address book – use the check mark after selection is done
  • Door Opening - Dial #, followed by your Pin Code. This will activate the built-in relay.

Prior to version 8.2.3.1

  • Making a call – Dial “#” followed by the number to be called, then the check mark (v), e.g. # 201 v
  • Call using address book – use the check mark after selection is done
  • Door Opening - Dial your Pin Code. This will activate the built-in relay.
